👩🏽🍳 BUILD THE DISH (ORANGE-FIRST METHOD)
1. 🟠 ROAST THE SQUASH

Heat oven to 400°F (205°C).

Brush squash generously with Bell Of The Ball® Oil.

Sprinkle lightly with Bell Of The Ball® Seasonings and a pinch of salt.

Roast cut-side down for 30 minutes, then flip and roast another 15–20 minutes until tender and caramelized.
Color check: squash should glow orange with soft edges, not browned.
2. ⚪ BUILD THE FILLING
In a skillet over medium heat:

Add 1 tbsp Bell Of The Ball® Oil.

Sauté shallot (and mushrooms, if using) until soft and fragrant.

Stir in cooked grain and breadcrumbs/nuts.

3. STUFF + FINISH BAKE
