⚪ CHEESECAKE SNOW

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

¾ cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp Cinnfully® Seasonings
🟤 OPTIONAL BASE (VERY THIN)

Crushed vanilla wafer or graham crumbs (1–2 tbsp total)
👩🏽🍳 STEP 1: RASPBERRY COMPOTE (JEWEL-SET METHOD)

Add raspberries and sugar to a saucepan.

Simmer over medium–low heat.

Cook 6–8 minutes until berries break down and turn glossy.

Stir in Heart Beet® Seasonings.

Optional: add lemon juice for brightness.

Remove from heat and cool completely.
Color check: deep raspberry red.
If it leans brown, heat was too high.
👩🏽🍳 STEP 2: CHEESECAKE SNOW (AIR-FIRST METHOD)

Beat cream cheese until completely smooth.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix gently.

Sprinkle in Cinnfully® Seasonings.

Fold in whipped cream by hand, in two passes.
Texture check: light, airy, cloud-like.
It should feel like snowfall, not mousse.

Layer with intention:

Raspberry compote

Cheesecake snow

Repeat once

Finish with cheesecake snow on top

If the dessert looks pink overall, you overmixed.
If brown shows up, heat or spice went too far.
