No cloudiness. No green drift. No purple fade.
This should look like frozen light.
FLAVOR STRATEGY (CBC-CLEAN)
-
Ginger Tease® Organic Seasoning
→ ginger warmth + lemon lift (used as essence, not grit) -
Ginger Tease® Organic Agave
→ smooth sweetness + citrus balance
Blue comes from color, not flavor. Keep taste clean and sharp.

👩🏽🍳 BUILD THE MARTINI (SNOW-COLD METHOD)
1. PREP THE RIM
-
Run lemon around the rim of a chilled martini glass.
-
Lightly dip rim in fine sugar or leave clean for a sharper look.
Set glass in freezer.
Yellow should read as accent only.
2. SHAKE THE BLUE
In a shaker with ice:
-
Vodka or gin
-
Butterfly pea tea
-
Lemon juice
-
Ginger Tease® Organic Agave
-
(Optional) micro pinch Ginger Tease® Seasoning fully dissolved
Shake hard 12–15 seconds until ice-cold.
3. STRAIN + GARNISH
-
Double strain into chilled glass.
-
Express lemon peel over the surface.
-
Place lemon twist on rim.
🍸 FINAL COLOR READ
-
Liquid: clear, icy blue
-
Rim: soft yellow highlight
-
Surface: glassy, no foam
If it looks purple, too much acid hit the tea early. Adjust next round.
🔥 FLAVOR PROFILE
-
First sip: clean, cold citrus
-
Mid-palate: gentle ginger warmth
-
Finish: crisp lemon snap, dry and elegant
It drinks sharp, not sweet.
Exactly how it should.
🔐 CBC MARTINI RULE
Color should surprise the eyes,
not confuse the palate.
