2. 🟠 ROAST SQUASH & SHALLOTS

Toss squash and shallots with Bell Of The Ball® Oil.

Sprinkle lightly with Habla Habanero® Seasoning.

Roast 20–25 minutes until soft and lightly caramelized.
They should glow orange, not brown.
3. ASSEMBLE

Roll pastry into a rustic rectangle or round.

Arrange squash and shallots first, leaving a 1½-inch border.
