Build Taco: 1 cup shredded purple cabbage • ¼ Jalapeño finely minced • 1 tsp Avocado Oil • 3 Garlic cloves finely minced • 1 Avocado diced

BLACKENED STEAK
Season both sides of 2 (2lbs) steak with Cook By Color: Sassy Me • Mushrooming Around • Habla Habanero to taste • 2 cups root beer (Marinate for 24hrs)
1 tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp ground thyme • ½ tsp file powder • ½ tsp mustard powder • Pan fry, broil, bake or grill.
